DESCRIPTION:Cette matinée juridique sur le crédit-temps est l’occasion de développer une vision d’ensemble de ce dispositif spécifiquement belge qui permet de favoriser une meilleure conciliation entre la vie privée et la vie professionnelle. Une thématique d’actualité\, dans la mesure où le crédit-temps fait depuis quelque temps l’objet de récurrentes modifications. \nElle est l’occasion de dresser un panorama des différentes formes de crédit-temps : le crédit-temps sans motif\, le crédit-temps avec motif et le crédit-temps fin de carrière. \nAu sein de chaque forme de crédit-temps\, elle vise à identifier les conditions\, modalités et formalités qui permettent d’en bénéficier et à identifier si et dans quelle mesure la prise d’un crédit-temps permet de bénéficier d’une allocation de l’ONEm. \nLieu : FESEFA \nNos matinées juridiques sont gratuites \n6 participant·e·s maximum
