DESCRIPTION:Chèques-repas\, éco-chèques\, chèques consommation\, primes exceptionnelles\, autant de formes alternatives de rémunérer les collaborateurs·trices lorsque les moyens financiers le permettent. Ces modalités\, souvent soumises à une fiscalité allégée ou exemptées de cotisations sociales\, visent à donner une certaine flexibilité aux employeur·e·s. Comment concevoir ces avantages extralégaux ?
