SUMMARY:Matinée juridique - Comment implémenter le télétravail structurel ou occasionnel au sein de l'ASBL ?
DESCRIPTION:Télétravail\, plus\, moins\, encore ? Pour nombre d’entre nous le confinement a permis de découvrir une autre forme de prestation et d’organisation du travail : le télétravail. Certain·e·s envisagent d’implémenter le télétravail de manière structurelle\, d’autres préfèrent une pratique occasionnelle. \nAu cours de cette matinée juridique\, les participant·e·s auront une vue précise sur cette forme d’organisation du travail. \nNous nous pencherons sur la CCT n° 85 qui pose le cadre du télétravail dit structurel. Nous analyserons comment organiser pratiquement cette forme de télétravail. Faut-il conclure une convention ? Faut-il modifier le règlement de travail ? Faut-il indemniser les travailleurs·ses ? Quels outils de travail\, matériel\, etc. doit-on mettre à disposition des travailleurs·ses travaillant à distance ? \nEnfin\, nous verrons également une autre forme de télétravail : le télétravail occasionnel.
